Optimal studio connection of legacy studio equipment into Ableton
Running an MPC 2500 , MPC LIVE 2 retro l, SP1200, Numark Mixdeck express, Audio Technica AT-LP120 into a patchbay/ Tascam Model 12 and into Ableton
Basically I am trying to get the best sound possible and have the setup ready to track down tracks from the drum machines and ready for clear vocals for freestyle sessions .
Sound is exporting very low and I am not acheiving the sound I am hearing in a live setting in the studio when I export track dumps into Ableton.
Looking for guidance in the optimal studio connections and set up for a “Producers” / “Beat Makers” workflow and then seamlessly be able to track into Ableton and do a quick Master
Goal is to achieve a sound similar to vintage Wu Tang / Pink Floyd and Grizelda records
Also open to hire for sound mixing and Album mastering with the goal of pressing it to Vinyl but mostly sending out to Artists
