Logic 9 to Logic 11 Conversion -- 2

I need help converting two Logic 9 projects to Logic 10, and then to Logic 11. I'm a musician with 15 years of experience using Logic, but my old projects won't import to my new iMac with L11 as L9 needs to be converted to L10 before it can be imported to L11. I don't want to have to buy L10. I am adding a screen shot of my project in L11, and you can see that the guitar WAV files are not importing properly just by the length of the regions and that the tempo info is 78 while the actual tempo is more like 117 BPM

Project Details:
- One project: Half mixed, ~15 tracks (rock genre). I tried importing and then rebuilding my tracks from L9 into a new L11 project an although the tempo info wasn't correct all seemed fine until I tried to import my guitar player's WAV files. They will not match tempo and I have tried everything from all the tempo options, to trying to flex time the guitar solo. (He hates it.)
- Second project: 5 scratch tracks - this is fresh from an old project in L9, just need it updated.
- Only stock Logic plugins and instruments used
- Need them as importable projects and bounced tracks

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Logic Pro and all versions for conversion to Logic 11
- Familiarity with version transitions
