R&B Instrumental and Mix and Mastering

Hello my name is Josh and I need someone who have beat making experience like 5 plus years and really knows how to make a beat and really knows the basics of music theory and knows how to count beats in music and also knows how to mix and master i just need someone that can make me a R&B music instrumental for me please I really want this instrumental to have a danceable vibe to it and i need someone to tell me what key the instrumental is in after making the beat and send it to me furthermore i want the tempo to be 100 beats per minute and i want this instrumental to play a total of 48 bars and futhermore i want this instrumental to be in a 4/4 time signature and also it has to be in a Wav file.

If you don’t know 4/4 time signature its pretty easy to understand all you gotta do is just focus on the top number
it will always tell you how many beats are in each measure. So For Example: if the top number was 7 then it will be 7 beats in each measure. The top number can be any number.
