looking for a coder who knows a bit about making beats and sampling.
I want a very simple SAAS app that can take like 2 to 4 second samples from youtube videos (no need to download like 10 meg songs and find the sample) - just point and click select sample in the browser with MAGNFIED timeline bar for PRECISION sample grabbing.
Then I want simple track stacker system where the user can dump a breakbeat on - maybe only like 5 layers of sounds at most - SAAS browser based music composition software.
