Folk Album on Water Security

I'm seeking a female folk singer or band to bring to life an album about the struggle for water security in rural California.

I have:
- Lyrics for five songs
- Existing music

You will need to:
- Sing with a raw and emotional vocal style
- Provide guitar and/or other instrumentation

Ideal candidates are new or emerging talents. I will handle production costs and distribution.
