Excel Script/Macro

I need a script/macro or a better soluiton that will pull data from Yahoo finance and automatically update these stock tickers with the information in columms B - E and J and pull in the most recent data. At this time I am not sure how I will use columns F-i.
Since stock data can change every second I will need this to update frequently.
