Drum Tracks Conversion to MIDI

I have a Logic Pro project with badly recorded drum tracks (5 tracks, Kick, Snare, Tom, Floor Tom, Overheads). I need those to be converted to to separate MIDI tracks and sampled with nice samples. Tracks need to be quantized and shouldn't replicate tempo deviations. But everything else needs to stay as close to the original as possible. I'm attaching an MP3 draft to get an idea, but I have separate tracks for all drums.
