Develop music and have someone sing my lyrics

I have written a song but have zero singing ability. All I have is the lyrics. Its a true song that has deep meaning. Female singer required. A basic video too would be good. Sitting on a suitcase in the middle of no where on a dusty road, letting sand run through your hands. The song is called "lost on land"
I don't want a country western vibe about the song, more modern pop or acoustic pop.
