DAW Bridge Plug In

I am searching for a freelancer to create a DAW bridge plug-in that I can use with my Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). I need the bridge plug-in to have specific features such as MIDI routing, Audio routing and Session recall. I need to save and recall my setup from an external program.
