Custom Winter Landscape Snow Globe

I'm looking for a custom snow globe featuring a Winter Landscape scene, a snow fallen park with a bridge crossing some water, and a couple getting married by their officiant on one side of the bridge. The snow globe should have a 'Glitter Snow' effect and come with a Ceramic Base. I would like a the music aspect to be "You Are in Love" by Taylor Swift - An acoustic/instrumental version is okay.
