Creating sound replica from an orgiginal song in Serum - Synlent or Bitwig studio grid or MAX MSP

I'm looking to have someone create sound replica within either Serum - Synlent or Bitwig studio grid or MAX MSP. Specifically, I need the person to replicate specific parameters for this instrument and sounding. There is no official deadline for this project; however, I would like it done as quickly as possible.
