Create a song with only instrumental and no vocals

Hey there, I'm looking for a ghost writer to create a song for my videos. The song should not be remixed or anything that infringes on copyrights of someone else. It should be an original instrumental only song you'll create and pass me the intellectual property of it. I uploaded a good example of what kind of instrumental I'm looking for. It shouldn't be too long in length like a 1:30-2min one is more than enough. It also doesn't have to be extremely complex a relatively simple melody will do. More details will be discussed in the chat but I think I've covered a lot of common questions here to assess a rough quote. Looking forward in hiring one of you.
