Craft A Romantic Love Song

I'm seeking a skilled songwriter/musician to create a heartfelt, slow-paced, romantic love song for me. The song should be accompanied by a piano, recorded with a microphone (optional), and sung in a soft and soothing vocal style. It must be for commercial use. Please include the piano letter chords (C-D-E-F-G-A-B as an example) with the lyrics in the project file. My budget is $120 Canadian or less. I'm a solo artist, so only me will be singing the song after you've crafted it. Nevertheless, if you can't come up with piano keys, then you'll need to sing it with a microphone in the project file, so I can flow with it and sing it myself.
