Convert old Cubase .ALL file to MIDI File

I cannot open the attached file because Steinberg neglected to make Cubase able to open files made with earlier versions of it.
I don't even know if it's the file I want.
Anyway, this job requires you to open the file and convert it to a MIDI file.
