Consultant for commercial use of music streaming

Hi, I am looking for an online music streaming service for my first product of my business. My product is a drinking card game based on decades, so, I want an online streaming service where I can create a playlist and include the link on my product for customers potentially worldwide to go on and play the playlist in the background while playing my game.
