Classical Spanish Guitarist for Restaurant

I'm looking for a talented Spanish guitarist to provide soothing Classical Spanish/Flamenco music in my restaurant for Valentine's Day evening (most likely 7-9pm). I require a musician for both Argentinian restaurants: Fiesta del Asado in Edgbaston, Birmingham and Sonrisa in Leicester. I would love the musician to walk around the restaurant whilst playing.
