Audio Services Technician -- 2

Hi, I'm getting married at an indoor venue in St Petersburg on Sat 10/22/2022 and am needing a sound technician who can also provide a sound board, microphones, speakers, etc. The ceremony and reception will be in two separate rooms in the same building. The venue is renting us a microphone and speaker for the ceremony, so I'm not sure if we'd need anything extra to play music as we enter? And for the reception we won't have dancing, but we'll need two microphones for our two hosts and probably need an additional couple microphones as we'll have a few people sing a few songs. There may be one guitar and the other few songs will have music saved to a file. We'll have a music playlist that will be playing or will have a live violinist playing songs in between. I don't know much about sound requirements so please let me know if you have any questions and hopefully we can work something out!
