Ableton won’t let me download bought beats/ instrumentals. The files won’t show up on my computer. Theyre definitely wav files

Hello! I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with a problem I'm having with Ableton Live 10 on my Windows computer. I recently purchased some beats/instrumentals online, which are in wav file format, but for some reason they aren't showing up on my computer. Even though it’s my first time really using ableton. I’ve already tried to get someone to help me but they couldn’t. I don’t know how experienced they were. But because they wouldn’t drag and drop they couldn’t help me. I’ve got my mic it attached to a tc helicon and focustrite. But I’ve got that mic working and recording which is great.
