Music video storyboard

I need a story board for a music video. I produced the music for a young lady, now have decided to do a music video. This is a no budget video im doing to help a young lady out and 2 i dont feel comfortable charging for something ive never done. I am confident in my abilities to do it, just need the guidance of storyboardi and notes to shoot scenes by. Depending on cost to do this I can provide song and lyrics to storyboard it. Song is 3.5 minutes, so it will be about 3 minute video. Need in 5 days to start shooting.
