Piano Lead Sheet Transcription

I have an audio track that I’d like turned into a clear, easy-to-read lead sheet. You’ll be working in the original key and focusing on the essentials: right-hand melody line with basic chord symbols above it. No need for an elaborate arrangement—just solid chords, accurate melody notes, and proper bar layout so it’s ready to rehearse or perform at sight.

I’ll send you the track as soon as we start; you send back a clean PDF of the sheet music. Standard notation software such as Sibelius, Finale, or MuseScore is fine as long as the final export looks professional and is laid out for letter/A4 printing.

Before delivery, please play-through check for obvious notation errors, correct chord spellings, and clear page turns. Looking forward to hearing your transcription!
