Intermediate Jazz Piano Arrangements
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a pianist-arranger who can create fresh, study-friendly arrangements of well-known jazz standards for solo piano. The goal is to help me strengthen my voicings, comping ideas, and overall stylistic vocabulary at an intermediate level, so each score should balance musical richness with playability—challenging enough to stretch my skills without drifting into virtuosic territory.
Here’s what I need:
• A set of carefully notated solo-piano charts (PDF) that include melody, full left-hand voicings, and clearly written chord symbols.
• Logical fingerings in tricky passages plus concise practice tips or short annotations where a particular reharmonisation, turnaround, or rhythmic figure deserves attention.
• Thoughtful voice-leading and tasteful harmonic colour—rootless voicings, drop-2 ideas, and modern extensions are welcome as long as they remain approachable for an intermediate player.
If our first batch works well, I’m interested in commissioning additional standards or even custom reharmonisations. Please share one or two jazz arrangement samples—or a short piano recording plus score excerpt—so I can hear your harmonic approach and see your notation quality.
I've attached some examples of arrangements that reflect my playing level.
