R&B Vocalist Profit-Share Demo

I’m putting together a fully-produced R&B demo and I need a dedicated singer/vocalist to bring the topline to life. I’ll handle the instrumental production, recording session via video call, mixing, mastering, copyright filing, licensing, and digital distribution. There’s no upfront fee; instead, we’ll sign a simple agreement that splits all future royalties and revenue equally.

Here’s how I see the workflow:

1. You email me a short sample of your voice so I can be sure the tone and range match the track.
2. Once we’re both happy, we sign the profit-share contract.
3. We schedule a remote recording session (Zoom, Skype, or similar).
4. After tracking, I’ll send you the rough mix for notes, then deliver the polished, mastered version.
5. I register the song with the appropriate copyright and licensing bodies, then push it to distribution platforms.

Because you’ve already recorded several demos, I expect you’re comfortable with basic home-recording etiquette—clean signal, minimal room noise, and exporting high-quality WAV stems. If you use specific mics, interfaces, or DAWs, just let me know so I can match levels on my end.

Deliverables
• Dry vocal stems (24-bit WAV, same session tempo)
• One take with light harmonies/ad-libs if possible
• Approval on the final mastered track
