Turn Demo into Polished Hymn
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a rough home-recorded demo of an original Hymn/Folk song and I’m ready to elevate it with a fully produced instrumental arrangement. The core melody and structure are already written; what I need now is your creative touch to bring the track to life while honoring its devotional, folk-inspired feel.
Arrangement goals
• Feature either acoustic guitar or piano as the main harmonic bed
• Layer in a warm church organ for depth
• Add tasteful trumpet lines that complement, not overpower, the melody
• Support the existing vocal guide with subtle pads or additional vox where helpful (dry vocal provided)
You’ll receive the raw demo (tempo map and chord chart included) along with any lyric sheets you need. Please build the arrangement in a standard DAW—Logic, Pro Tools, Cubase, or similar—so the stems can be transferred back to me without compatibility issues.
Deliverables
1. Full instrumental session with clearly labeled, tempo-synced stems (WAV, 24-bit, 48 kHz)
2. A simple reference mix so I can hear the arrangement in context
3. Short notes on instrument choices and any creative decisions that affect dynamics or song flow
Style references and additional guidance will follow once we connect. I’m looking for tasteful musicianship, thoughtful layering, and an organic, congregational vibe—no over-production. If you play the parts yourself or program them convincingly, either is fine as long as it sounds authentic.
