Requirements:
- Expertise in pop music arrangements
- Ability to enhance radio-ready quality
- Creativity in instrumentation and vocal layering

Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in music theory
- Experience with DAWs and arrangement software
- Previous work on chart-topping pop songs
- Mandarin as the native language or familiarity with Chinese pop songs is a plus
