DJ / Music Producer Needed – House & Techno Remixes with Original Vocals

I am looking for an experienced House / Techno producer who can create professional remixes of existing songs while preserving the original vocal performance.

Project Requirements:
- I will provide the original song in MP3 format.
- The remix must retain the original vocals (or create a high-quality vocal extraction if necessary).
- Produce a modern House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic House, or Techno version depending on the track.
- Maintain professional club-quality mixing and mastering.
- The remix should feel like an official release, not a simple edit.
- Ability to recreate arrangements, transitions, drops, breakdowns, and energy suitable for DJs and dance floors.
- Deliverables:
- WAV (24-bit preferred)
- High-quality MP3 (320 kbps)
- Instrumental version
- Extended DJ Intro/Outro version
- Vocal stems if available

Preferred Experience:
- Previous releases or portfolio in House, Tech House, Afro House, Melodic House, or Techno.
- Experience with vocal isolation and remix production.
