I'm looking for a seasoned event coordinator to help orchestrate a rural music and beer festival. The expected crowd is between 500 to 1000 beer and music enthusiasts.
Responsibilities include:
- Event Planning and Logistics: From the stage setup to the beer tents, we need a seamless plan to accommodate our guests.
- Marketing and Promotion: We'll need to spread the word, so creative and effective marketing strategies are a must.
- Artist and Vendor Management: This includes booking artists, negotiating with vendors and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Ideal candidates should have previous experience with festival organization, particularly in rural settings. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with artists and vendors. A background in marketing, especially for events, will be a significant advantage.
