Magical Fiction Podcast Channel Sound Ident
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My fiction podcast / YouTube channel now needs a short sonic logo that instantly hints at mischief and wonder before each episode rolls. The feel I’m after is magical and suspenseful rather than slapstick, built around a single, memorable melody line that people can whistle back after hearing it once. You would immediately think of the show when you hear it so it must be really unique. Think of the intrigue in a movie trailer opener, but trimmed to 30 seconds max.
I am thnking airy ambient drones as the primary texture, layered with subtle ear-candy (riser, reversed notes, light chimes) and synths to create that “what’s coming next?” tension. An echooey guitar could be beneficial — There would be a fade at the end and transition to the episode.
