I have a finished hip-hop beat and now need original lyrics that flow naturally over it. The song should capture personal struggles and growth, telling a relatable story without straying into cliché.
You will receive the audio file upfront, along with my notes on mood and key moments where I want lines to hit. Once you’ve had a listen, craft verses, hook, and bridge that lock tightly to the beat’s cadence, leaving clear markers for any ad-libs or pauses you envision. A rough vocal reference (phone recording is fine) would help me hear phrasing, but the primary deliverable is the written lyric sheet time-stamped to the beat.
Acceptance criteria
• Complete song structure: intro (optional), 2–3 verses, hook/chorus, bridge or breakdown
• Theme of overcoming personal challenges is explicit and coherent throughout
• Syllable count and rhyme schemes fit the provided beat with minimal adjustment
• Delivery: editable text file plus PDF, both time-stamped; optional scratch vocal in MP3 or WAV
