Bollywood Karaoke music track or Music sheet to Midi to Yamaha Tyros 5 Styles

I’m preparing a 10-song Bollywood set for a festival in Arizona and need every number ready to perform on a Yamaha Tyros 5. My song list is locked; what’s missing is the complete production workflow that turns each title into a polished Tyros style.

Here’s the flow I’d like you to drive:

• Locate and download high-quality YouTube karaoke tracks and matching PDF scoresheets for all ten songs (I’ll purchase any paid sheets you identify).
• Extract or recreate each arrangement as a clean poly-track MIDI.
• Convert those MIDIs into fully usable Tyros 5 style files with appropriate intros, variations, fills, and endings, using the free Yamaha Style Creator or equivalent tools.

I don’t yet have the software chain in place, so please guide me on the best DAW, MIDI editing, and style-creation utilities and then carry out the entire conversion.

Deliverables for every song:
1. The poly-track MIDI file (.mid)
2. The Tyros 5 style file (.sty) ready to load and play
3. A brief note on any tweaking suggestions for live performance (tempo, mix, OTS, etc.)
