I need a music manager

Hello, I am interested in finding someone to help me!
I sing, write and record my own music. But I have no platforms, no out reach and maybe only 100 following (no fanbase outreach). I am looking for some people to get together to play music together to possibly play live. I also I need help with my other goals such as promoting and a fanbase. Thank you
