Looking for record label research and/or management help

Hi, I'm in a self-produced and little-known but critically-acclaimed indie rock band, and we've been releasing our own music throughout our history. We'd like to try to find a record label that would appreciate our music, believes it could benefit in some way by having us on their label, and could help us promote our music to reach more influential critics and a bigger audience. We're either looking for someone who can help us research contact information for genre-appropriate record labels that are accepting submissions so that we can do the outreach ourselves, or an experienced music manager who either has good connections or could do that research and the outreach for us.
