Artist manager

I am looking for an experienced artist manager to help expand my roster of pop music stars. The priority is talent scouting and recruitment of 1-2 artists, but it would be great to have assistance with contract negotiation and management, as well as promotion and marketing. My ideal candidate should have solid knowledge and experience in this arena, as well as an in-depth understanding of the pop music scene.
