Realistic Texas Design on Car Hood

I'm looking for a talented artist to paint a realistic Texas-themed design on my car hood. The design should theme the state of Texas in some way (state flag, skyline, Texas landscape, etc.) Hoods will be shipped to the artist to paint who will then ship back.

Ideal Skills:
- Car painting/airbrushing
