55 Gallon Steel Barrow Design

I'm in need of a professional who can design a 55-gallon barrow for me. I need it to put my props in for an event doing. Their theme this year is Modern Street Graffiti.
I have added a picture of the backdrop the clients made for me, so you get an idea of how I want the barrow done. This barrow will primarily be used for event props.
