Expansive Nature Inspired Mural - In-person Paint
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We are about to take ownership of a building with a spectacular common area—20-foot ceilings, roughly half the length of a basketball court—and I want to turn that blank canvas into a place residents love spending time. My vision centers on a large-scale mural that brings the outdoors inside. I’m thinking lush forests, rolling mountains, winding rivers and perhaps subtle nods to wildlife, all woven together in a way that also pays quiet tribute to our strong military-member community.
Style isn’t locked down: realistic, abstract, street-art influences—whatever best delivers an immersive, outdoorsy vibe around a future golf-simulator corner. I do need someone comfortable working at height; you’ll likely be on scaffolding for much of the project. High-quality, durable mural paints and a protective sealant suited for heavy foot traffic are a must.
Deliverables
• Concept sketches or digital mock-ups for approval
• Final mural executed on-site (approx. 20 ft high × 45 ft long). Or, only the top 10ft of the height.
• All prep, priming, and post-seal work so the piece stands up to daily wear
