Custom Abstract Painting

I'm looking for an artist to create a "copy" of someone's artwork. Back story - my sister-in-law's father owned a small town theater and recently passed, thus transferring ownership to a new person. During this new owner's refresh of some spaces, a beautiful custom wall painting was found under layers of wallpaper. My sister-in-laws family learned of this at their father's screening room dedication event and she told me how moved she is by the beauty of it. It is very very old, so there are no details on who originally created this piece to give credit to. I am looking for someone who can take the photo I have of this wall, and paint it for something I can gift to her to have hung in her home. Image is attached. Some parts (i.e. bottom left) would need to be left to artist imagination.
