mulesoft 3 to mulesoft 4 upgrade using MMA

For our project, we are looking to upgrade our system from Mulesoft 3 to Mulesoft 4 using MMA. We will be focusing on upgrading our API, and the specific components we need to upgrade include Data Mapping. We do not require an automated testing tool for the upgrade. We are looking for a freelancer with experience in Mulesoft development who can manage the whole process - from planning, to implementation and to completion of the upgrade.
