Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant Needed

Salesforce Techno functional resource.
We are seeking a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role demands expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration—alongside strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Design and develop solutions using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Processes, Approval Workflows, Validation Rules) and Apex programming when needed.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and page designs to align with business processes.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, marketing automation, or data analytics platforms).
Support data migration, quality, and governance efforts.
Work closely with QA and DevOps teams for testing, deployment, and release management.
Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for new features and releases.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, proactively suggesting system improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4–8 years of Salesforce experience in techno-functional roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, Customer 360).
Technical proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Experience with system configuration, user management, security, and data modeling.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications preferred; Developer or Consultant certifications are a plus.
Working experience with Mulesoft is a plus
Working experience with Stripe integration is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps processes.
Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
