MuleSoft Integration & Automation Expert
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our organisation relies on Salesforce, Zendesk and NetSuite, and I’m ready to connect them through a purpose-built MuleSoft layer. The core of this engagement is MuleSoft itself—every line of code should make these platforms behave as one seamless ecosystem.
Here is the work I need completed and signed off:
• API integration – build and expose robust, version-controlled APIs that surface data from Salesforce, Zendesk and NetSuite.
• Data transformation – map and transform records so each platform receives data in its native structure without loss or duplication.
• Workflow automation – orchestrate end-to-end business processes (case creation, order fulfilment, status updates) that currently require manual effort.
I’ll provide system credentials, data dictionaries and the current process diagrams once we start. Demonstrated expertise matters to me, so please include links or screenshots of past MuleSoft projects that showcase similar integrations—brief notes on what you achieved and any performance metrics are welcome.
Code should follow MuleSoft best practices (RAML/OAS-driven design, error handling framework, secure property management) and be packaged for straightforward deployment to CloudHub. If you can commit to clear documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session at hand-over, we’ll get along well.
