The project centres on an ESP32-driven IoT device that connects exclusively over Wi-Fi to gather sensor data and present clear reports. I already have general use-cases mapped out; what I now need is the full electrical and firmware solution that turns those ideas into reliable hardware I can send to production.

Your tasks cover the complete path from schematic capture through firmware and field testing. On the hardware side that means selecting components, drawing the schematic, laying out a compact PCB, and producing a clean BOM ready for ordering. Firmware must run on the ESP32 (Arduino or ESP-IDF is fine) and handle sensor polling, secure storage of readings, time-stamped uploads to a REST endpoint or MQTT broker, and a simple web-served status page so I can verify operation without a separate app.

Because the device focuses on data collection and reporting, there is no remote-control logic required. Robust error handling, Wi-Fi reconnection, and OTA update support are essential so I can maintain units in the field without physical access.

Deliverables
• Complete KiCad (or similar) design files: schematic, PCB layout, and BOM
• Fully commented source code with build instructions (PlatformIO or Arduino IDE)
• A short setup & flashing guide that lets a technician assemble and deploy the device step-by-step
• Confirmation video or log capture showing sample data successfully posted to the server and displayed in the local status page

When these items compile, flash, and run on my bench with stable data uploads for at least 24 h, the job is considered finished.
