Mql programming

I am looking for an experienced Mql programmer to help me with a project related to Expert Advisor development. I do not have an existing Expert Advisor that needs to be modified, nor do I have any specific fmqleatures that need to be included. I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable and experienced enough to be able to suggest solutions and provide advice on how to move the project forward.
