Expert Modification for strategy optimization

The expert is about entering and closing orders at levels chosen from a custom indicator which draws 14 levels on chart
I'm trying to back test the expert by genetic optimization to choose the best levels which trades should be entered and closed by profit or by loss
The problem is I’m that I’m getting a lot of tests that chooses the same level for entering and same levels for closing which is not something I want the optimizer to do
The range of levels is from 0 to 13 so if the entry buy level for example is 4 I don’t want the optimizer to use 4 as for closing level input
In addition , is there a way that I can use balance max criteria with drawdown min at the same time ?
