land prices in Kerala: between Kayamkulam to Haripad
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to conduct research on land prices in Kerala in the specific region of Kalarickal Junction on NH66, which is between Kareelakulangara and Maliyekkal.
Kalarickal is 5 km north of Kayamkulam bus stand, and 8 km south of Haripad.
Key Requirements:
I want to know prices per cent in Kalarickal for land that is:
(a) Strictly between 25 meters and 100 meters away from NH66. Important: NOT on NH 66, and NOT beyond 100 meters from NH66.
(b) strictly has to be directly connected to any small road (that allows at least a single car) that connects to NH66.
(c) land parcels between 10 and 40 cents, price per cent.
(d) make enquiries from at least 10 varied sources: shops, houses, brokers, put the list in a document, and mark with comments including your confidence level for each, and any other observations.
(e) provide some pics of the areas/shops/land where you made the enquiries or visited.
Skills, Requirements:
- Ability to go around the area physically (you need a bike), talk to people and collect data.
- Ability to judge the confidence level of the data that people are providing.
- No previous experience in real estate required.
- No education, work experience, age or any other requirements.
- Must be a resident of Kerala, reside within 10 km or so of Kalarickal (between Kayamkulam and Haripad).
- Must be native speaker of Malayalam, with minimal English requirements (able to write very short sentences, need not be able to speak English).
