Night-time Petrol Station Photography _ PH

I am looking for someone who is able to take photos of petrol stations at night(using smartphone). They should be able to travel to the following provinces:
1) Davao
2) CAGAYAN DE ORO
3) Zamboanga
4) Aklan
5) Iloilo
