Unitronics to CCW / C-More HMI Program Replication
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need my existing Unitronics VisiLogic project reproduced in Allen Bradley Connected Components Workbench for ladder logic and C-More HMI for HMI displays. The original code handles motor/pump control only, using straight forward control routines, and I want those exact behaviors preserved without any added features or tweaks.
Scope
• Convert ladder logic, tag, and function block from the VisiLogic file into a CCW project suitable for a Micro800-series PLC.
• If you are comfortable with HMI work, mirror the current screen set in a C-More project so the look, feel, and tag references match my existing panel. Otherwise, focus solely on the PLC code; I will connect the winning freelancer with our HMI specialist.
Deliverables
1. CCW project file (.ccwarc or .zip) ready to download to the controller.
2. (Optional) C-More project file (.ezp) replicating all existing screens and alarms.
Acceptance
I will load your files, run the machine in a short test cycle, and verify that motor starts, stops and speed changes mirror the Unitronics behavior with no functional drift. Once confirmed, the job is complete.
