I am building a prototype drone and need a complete electrical system designed around six axial-flux motors. The core requirement is to keep all six motors in perfect sync under varying loads, so the power-distribution logic, ESC selection, and signal routing have to be treated as one coherent package rather than six parallel channels. likewise, 4 standard A motors will need to be turned on and be at full throttle the whole time the system is running.

Scope of work
• Dimension the power architecture: battery chemistry and capacity, BMS specification, wiring gauges, fuse ratings, and connectors suitable for the current draw of six high-torque axial-flux motors.
• Select or design motor controllers that allow precise phase-locked operation; include any necessary firmware tweaks for deterministic start-up and in-flight resynchronization.
• Draft a master schematic and PCB (Altium, KiCad, or equivalent) that ties flight controller I/O, navigation sensors, telemetry, and the six ESCs into a clean, low-noise layout.
• Provide a step-by-step test procedure so I can bench-verify synchronization before the air-frame goes outside.

Acceptance criteria
1. Simulation or bench-test data showing all motors maintain phase alignment within ±2° at 80 % throttle.
2. Complete, manufacture-ready Gerber files and BOM with supplier links.
3. Clearly commented firmware or configuration files for the chosen motor controllers.
