FOC control for a halbach Motor

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with FOC control for a halbach motor that will be used in an electric vehicle. The ideal candidate should have experience developing software for FOC control and should be able to provide complete software development. The desired speed range for the motor is low, under 1000 RPM. The end application for the motor will be in an electric vehicle.
