it is a 1.57 acre bluff site which I'm currently developing and part of my development scheme is to: 1. install some shoring walls at the top and center of the bluff , 2. excavate adjacent to the shoring walls; 3. build the foundations of the 7 houses and 4. backfill around the house foundations. A 3-5 minute graphic display could show the 4 phases of construction.
