YouTube Video Template Designer (Short + Long Form)

We are looking for a skilled video template designer to create modular, scroll-stopping templates for both short-form and full-length vertical videos. These templates will be reused across different content types such as debates, opinion polls, social commentary, and community-driven discussions.
What We Need
1. Two Short-Form (60s) Video Templates
For use on platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
Each template should offer a visually distinct structure, including:
Quick Debates (X vs Y)
Single-point opinion formats (“Do people still care about X?”)
Poll → Result → Reaction Flow
Open-ended questions or community dilemmas
Scroll-stopping hook within first 3 seconds
2. Two Full-Form (2–3 min) Video Templates
These will offer deeper engagement and are ideal for topic breakdowns, poll results, and storytelling-based commentary. Structure should include:
Opening hook or teaser
Main question or topic section
Supporting footage or media
Community poll result / comment reaction space
End section: CTA or follow-up question
Design & Animation Requirements
Kinetic text and emoji overlays (punchy, expressive)
Layered motion graphics (swooshes, bounces, slides)
Transitions: Match cuts, wipes, zooms, shape reveals
Split-screen / comparison layout support
Poll animation bars or sliders
