Videos will typically range from 8 to 15 minutes, and the main goal is to maximize viewer engagement and retention from start to finish.
What I'm Looking For
I'm specifically looking for an editor who can create high-energy, dynamic motion edits that keep viewers engaged throughout the video.
Skills should include:
Fast-paced, engaging editing
Dynamic motion graphics and animations
Animated text and kinetic typography
Smooth zooms, pans, and camera movements
Visual callouts and emphasis effects
Strategic use of B-roll footage
Sound design and audio enhancement
Modern transitions and seamless scene changes
Color correction and professional color grading
Subtitle animations for key moments
Retention-focused editing techniques inspired by top-performing YouTube creators
The editing style should feel modern, premium, and highly engaging—not corporate or overly promotional.
